Regionally, home builders were most confident in the West, with an overall seasonally adjusted reading of 81. That was followed by the South, at 75; the Northeast, at 65; and the Midwest, at 55.

Our practice is to design your house to fit your lot, wishes and budget; so it realy becomes your dream-house... The first step in construction is the 'planning stage'; architects have the knowledge, skills and experience to design your house. They shape your ideas into a plan and translate them to drawings (blue prints) that will be used by the builders for construction and they are also needed to get a building permit. You can not simply 'build the same house you see somewhere on the Internet'; it is intellectual property of an architect, it is not designed according to your preferences or to fit your lot and a 'foreign design' has to be changed according to the Philippine Building Code anyway. Some clients do not want to spend much money for the design thinking that they will just "fix" everything during construction if they want to change anything; this is a costly mistake.
